Therapeutic Offerings Tailored to You

We offer a variety of services designed to meet you where you are—supporting your unique needs with care, connection, and intention.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy

30/50/90 minutes. We offer individualized equine-assisted psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Each session is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by the unique needs of the client. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or simply seeking deeper connection, our sessions—supported by the healing presence of horses—create a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and regulation. Through gentle interaction with the herd, clients explore emotions, build trust, and develop tools for resilience, connection, and self-awareness.

Parent-Child Bonding Sessions

Experience a heartfelt 60-minute interactive session designed to deepen the emotional connection between you and your child. These carefully curated equine-assisted experiences encourage co-regulation — helping both parent and child learn to recognize and soothe each other’s emotional states in real time. Co-regulation is the foundation of a secure and connected parent-child relationship. It refers to the way a parent helps a child manage their emotions by offering calm presence, empathy, and support. Co-regulation isn’t about fixing emotions—it’s about being with them together. This shared emotional experience builds the connection, safety, and mutual understanding essential for lifelong emotional health.

Group EAP Therapy

Join us for a 4-week journey of growth, healing, and connection in the supportive presence of our therapy herd. In these weekly 60-minute group sessions, participants come together in a nurturing and nonjudgmental space to explore emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen interpersonal connection—all through guided, ground-based experiences with horses. There is something uniquely powerful about healing in a group. Being witnessed and supported by others on a similar path fosters a sense of belonging and reduces the isolation that often accompanies emotional pain. Group work creates opportunities for shared learning, empathy, and insight—reminding us that we’re not alone in our struggles or our healing.

Virtual Group Program

Not local? No problem. Our virtual equine-assisted learning groups offer meaningful connection and growth—no matter where you are. This 4-week online program brings the healing wisdom of horses to your home through guided sessions that weave together nature-based metaphors, somatic (body-based) tools, and trauma-informed practices. Each week, participants gather in a supportive virtual space to build self-awareness, explore nervous system regulation, and practice grounding skills that foster resilience and inner connection. Using real-time video, stories from the herd, and experiential activities inspired by the natural rhythms of horse-human relationships, we create a rich and accessible learning experience without the need to be physically present with the animals. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking personal growth, or simply curious about equine-assisted work, this group offers a powerful blend of insight, embodiment, and community—from wherever you call home.

What to Expect

Beginning therapy is a courageous step toward healing. Whether through traditional talk therapy or equine-assisted psychotherapy, the journey is centered around building safety, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. In therapy, you’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and develop tools to support growth and regulation.

Equine-assisted psychotherapy adds a powerful, experiential element to the process. Through guided interactions with horses, you’ll receive honest, nonjudgmental feedback that can deepen insight, build trust, and help you reconnect with your body and emotions. The presence of the horse invites grounded, present-moment awareness and offers a unique pathway to healing that words alone often cannot reach.

No prior experience with horses is needed—just openness to the process and a willingness to grow at your own pace.
